You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to request a return or exchange. Once we receive your request, we will send you a prepaid return label. The items must be dispatched within 14 days of receiving the label. Your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the returned items, and you will receive a confirmation email. Please be aware that shipping charges may apply in certain cases, as detailed in our terms and conditions.

Important: We do not offer returns for “Upcy CUSTOM” products unless there is a quality issue. If you are returning items from outside the UK, import duties may apply. These duties are charged when the parcel reaches its destination country, and it is the customer's responsibility to cover these costs. Any import duties incurred will be deducted from your refund.

We create our clothing in China and at our London Studio, working with high-quality stock fabrics, mainly from the LVMH group, as well as local deadstock materials. We reimagine vintage pieces and collaborate with companies advancing eco-friendly materials.

Our partnerships bring us traceable deadstock fabrics, vintage garments close to disposal, recycled polyester and wool, faux suede blended with sugarcane fiber, and organic cotton. We also collaborate with small-batch factories focused on resource efficiency and sustainable dyeing practices.

Our packaging is plastic-free, and we prioritize responsible shipping. As a new brand, we value community and actively partner with sustainable fashion initiatives to foster a meaningful, lasting impact.
